cappucino coffee mix

Yield:Yields 1 2/3 cups
Ingredients

* 1/2 cup instant coffee granules
* 1/2 tsp. dried orange peel
* 1 cup nondairy powdered coffee creamer
* 3/4 cup granulated sugar
* 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Finely grind coffee and orange peel in a blender or food processor
2. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended
3. Store in an airtight container
4. Give with serving instructions:
* To serve: Stir about 2 heaping teaspoons coffee mix into 6 ounces hot water.
